            Summary: By using our trial service, you agree to use it responsibly for evaluation purposes. The trial environment is temporary and should not be used for production data.
        

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DataDay Technology trial services ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DataDay Technology provides temporary trial environments for evaluating Splunk and related technologies. The Service includes:

Access to a pre-configured Splunk environment
Sample data and applications for testing
Technical documentation and support resources

3. Trial Limitations

Trial accounts are subject to the following limitations:

Duration: Trial environments are active for a limited period (typically 14 days)
Resources: CPU, memory, and storage are limited
Data: All data in trial environments will be permanently deleted upon expiration
One trial per user: Each email address is entitled to one active trial at a time

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for production workloads or store sensitive/production data
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
Share your trial credentials with others
Use the Service to send spam or conduct any form of abuse
Attempt to circumvent trial limitations or create multiple accounts

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, documentation, and content provided, is protected by intellectual property laws. Splunk® is a registered trademark of Splunk Inc. DataDay Technology is an authorized provider of Splunk training and evaluation services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Trial environments are for evaluation purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

DataDay Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service (which is zero for trial accounts).

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
